Asher is a handsome, calm, compliant Golden Retriever who we are overjoyed to have return to the “fold” as a stud dog for the Career Dogs program.

Asher was bred on our program, but flew to New Zealand as a puppy to grow up with the New Zealand Assistance Dogs Trust. What a fine job they did of socialising and raising such a great dog.

We enjoy how well Asher mixes with other dogs of all breeds, gender and age. He is a stately gentleman, although still only 3 years old! He has the wonderful ability (that benefits all service dogs) of being able to ‘switch on’ with a great enthusiasm for work...and then the useful skill of ‘turning off’ and relaxing when down time is on order.

We are excited to see his progeny moving in to working roles around the world!
